One can even get the results by sending SMS also, but this method is ineffective as you can even take the print out of the marks out got in case of websites.
If you are facing any issues, report the problems to the concerned authorities and in the school immediately. The results are for the exams that are held in March/April 2014. Also check that your name is correctly displayed on the screen. The results are available from 10.00A.M. onwards on the date given by the TN Higher Educational Board for 10th class results. In the initial hours the server may be busy but within one or two hours the load on the server will get reduced and all the 10th class students can easily get the results.
