Indian Ordnance Factory has invited applicants as they have vacancy for 1572 chargeman post. Government of India, Ministry of Defence, Indian Ordnance Factory has took out this notice and have clearly called for people who are interested in applying for the post and working as a chargeman. There are certain criteria that needs to be met by the applicant only then can the candidate apply for the post. The eligible candidates can apply from 19th July 2014 till 9th August 2014. Candidates should be 27 years of age. OBC 30 years, SC/ST 31 years as on 9th August 2014. Age relaxation is applicable for PH/Departmental candidates. When it comes to educational qualification, the candidate must have 3 years diploma or equivalent approved by AICTE for SI no 1,3,5,11 and 12 posts. 3 years Diploma or Equivalent in the relevant Discipline duly approved by AICTE or BSc degree with General Chemistry as one of the major subject for Sl no 4, 6, 7, 8 Posts, should pass “A” level competency certificate course or equivalent qualification in Computer Science duly recognised by The Govt. of India for Sl no 2 Post, Graduate Degree in Engineering/ Technical/ Humanities/ Science/ Commerce/ Law from a recognised University for Sl no 9 & 10 Posts.
Selection process is written exam and interview. Application fee is Rs50/- for SC/ST/PH candidates and Rs100/- for the remaining.
