UPSC conducts NDA exam two times in a year which is known as NDA1, NDA2.  Generally NDA 1 exam will be conducted in the month of April and NDA 2 in the month of September and October.  Whoever, is interested to serve the country by joining the armed forces can write this particular exam.  The students should follow the notice and log on to the official website in order to find out the details about the exam and also one can get the question paper as well as the answer key in the official website.  This will be useful for the future students who want to take up this examination.

Through NDA exam candidates can get direct entry into any Indian Defence System.  Union Public Service Commission conducts this exam every year.  Lakhs of candidates appear for the exam.  In the year 2014 the union public service commission published a recruitment notification where inthey 375 vacant posts were available in the National Defence Academy department.

The examination was conducted in various centers across India.  It consists of two papers, mathematics and general ability test.  General ability test consists of 150 questions in two parts in both English and Hindi and should be answered in 2 hours and 30 minutes for total of 600 marks.  Candidates can download the question paper by logging into the official website and you will find the question paper which can be downloaded.  This can be used as a reference paper for the future students who will be able to prepare for the examination even better.

In the same manner answer keys are also available so that the students can guess as to how much marks they can expect from this exam and whether they will be able to pass the  exam and get in to the defence force as dreamt.
