Regional Institute of Education : Bhubaneswar released a notification (2014) for several posts for the Academic Season 2014-15. Note that these jobs are on purely contract basis the tenure of the job will be six months or till the regular incumbent(s) joins the posts.
Vacancies :- In the present notification, the posts include Assistant Professor in Education, Mathematics, Chemistry, Botany, Life Science (Botany), Life Science (Zoology), English, Odia, Hindi and Geography. There are 10 vacancies for Assistant professor in Education and 4 vacancies in Chemistry and there are 2 vacancies in Life Science (Zoology). For all the remaining categories only one position is vacant in each. One can go through the notification or UGC/ NCERT/ GOI norms to know the age relaxation.
Qualifications:- Those who are interested must have a good academic record and (s)he must is of Indian nationality. In the masters degree (varies depending on the field) a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade must be obtained from a recognised Indian University or from a foreign university. Apart from these, (s)he must clear the NET in the relevant subject. Exemption (as per the guidelines issued by MHRD, GOI) will be given to those who had completed their Ph.D. in accordance with UGC norms.
How to Apply:- Candidates need to check themselves whether they are eligible for this 2014 notification vacancies or not.
