Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has finally declared the selection of individuals who made it to the list of 2014 CDS written examination and Service Selection Board (SSB) interview which took place last February, 2014. There are 238 declared passers to the said examination and interview.
However, the Medical examination and Verification of Documents were not yet considered for the individuals who made it to the list. Medical exam and document verification will be under probation by careful examination in Army Headquarters. Hence, candidates who are included to the released list must immediately forward the original and photo copies of their credentials such as certificates, academic requirements and other necessary documents to the Army/ Naval/ or Air Headquarters of their choice. It is noted therefore that the candidacy of these 238 individuals is still under the Provisional or Conditional term.
Results will be posted at the official website of Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) at www.upsc.gov.in. (or simply click on this given link: http://upsc.gov.in/exams/final-results/cds1/2014/CDS_I_2014_FN_Rslt_Eng.pdf) However, it is further emphasized that it has been intended that only the names and roll numbers will be included on the post. Official marks will be posted on the official UPSC website upon completion of process. That is after the Final Results of Officers Training Academy (OTA) for 2014 Combined Defense Services Examination-I (CDSE-I) has been finally affirmed.
