Well, this is usually achieved by taking weight-loss drugs or undergoing medical procedures such as liposuction. The sad thing is, the fatter you are, the more difficult it is for you to do these two things. Extra fat actually limits our moves, therefore effectively limiting our activities. If this is the case, you’ll just get fatter and fatter until you can’t eat no more. However, scientific studies have shown that losing weight without dieting and doing exercise IS VERY POSSIBLE. Dr. Brian Wansink, the author of Slim by Design, a health and fitness book, told everyone this good news.

 

According to him, there are two usual things that people do whenever they decide to lose weight. The first one is that they are going on a very difficult and complex diet while the other one is going on a kind of diet that gives them tremendous food deprivation until most of them is almost starved to death. However, he also said that there is a third option which is very easy for people to follow without experiencing extreme difficulties and here’s how:

 

  1. Change your habits when you’re planning to lose extra weight. If you want to lose weight, there’s a real need for you to change your eating and activity habits. Studies have shown that those who did this have lost more weight than what they actually expected.

 

  1. If you really want to lose weight, change your food intake. Most of us tend to eat junk and fast food whenever we feel hungry between meals. But instead of eating these, try filling yourself with protein-rich foods like cheese and yogurt. And instead of hunting down restaurants when you’re hungry while driving along the way, try to store up some fruits inside your car’s compartment for a change.

 

The real essence of no-diet weight loss regimen is that you must change your food intake according to your body’s real needs and not just to satisfy your hunger. Needless to say, if you don’t want to exercise and change your eating habits, there’s no way for you to shed those flabby fats.
