- We are bored most of the time. People tend to eat more when bored even if they are not hungry at all. Excessive eating can be prevented if you can find a distraction from this one.
- We don’t watch what we’re eating. The main secret of dieting is eating moderately and self-control. Even if you eat fatty foods, it’s okay as long as you’re eating it in a moderate way. The same rule also applies to foods containing high sugar.
- We don’t think about our eating Frequency. Most people think that it’s much better to eat little when you’re dieting. This is only correct if you’re eating only thrice a day. But if you also have desserts, snacks and other kinds of meal time, well…this can also add more calories in your body.
