Maximise speed in kitchen- Make 4 omlets at once

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Take a 10*15 inch rimmed baking sheet and role the oil to that pan in jelly-roll fashion. Line the bottom of the pan with parchment, leaving 1 inch along the shorter sides. Brush parchment with oil according to the requirement. If you pour much oil, the taste will lose and if pour less oil it will over fry.

In a small bowl, mix the flour and milk. Similar to the omlet, mix all eggs, mustard, 1 tsp sat and pepper and whisk it to combine properly. Pour it into the already prepared pan and sprinkle the spinach over the poured liquid evenly.

Bake it until the ends of the omlet are set. You can easily observe the drying of the omlet ends. It will usually take 8-10 minutes. Sprinkle the chedder once the edges are set and keep it once again in the oven till the cheese melts. It usually takes 2-4 mintues. Be careful while lifting the parchment, start from the shorter end and roll up the omlet tightly; peeling the parchment back as you go. Slice it into the required shape and serve.
