There are some foods which you can’t resist from eating even if you know that they are not that much good for health. Even pediatrician and doctors also can’t control as these foods is so much tasty.
Coffee :- Coffee is considered as unhealthy from long time. But today’s researchers prove that the anti-toxins present in coffee are good for health if you take a cup daily in the morning. But too much of coffee is not good for health as it contains caffine.
Bacon :- Bacon contains salt and saturated fat in the required quantities. If you want to garnish the bacon, prefer more veggies and Brussels sprouts.
Eggs :- Eggs contains 6g of protein and 70 calories, which is very good for health. Having an egg daily will not only fill the required essential proteins of the body but also improves your immunity power.
Whole milk yogurt :- One must prefer non milk yogurt. A cup of full fat Yogurt will give you 160 calories where as a cup of non fat yogurt gives only 110 calories.
Potatoes:- Potatoes generally fear people for its waist widening fat. They provide so many required supplements like B+ vitamins, Calcium, Fiber, Potassium etc.
Ghee :- Ghee is traditionally intense and one tsp of ghee will give you 45 calories. One can find ghee in ethic section of any food store.
Pasta :- Pasta is not only nutrious butvery good to taste also. The lean protein and fiber rich veggies will make the pasta favourite food for many. Eating pasta twice in a week is good for health.
French Fries :- French Fries are very popular all over the world. Eating it as a side dish will not only make you enjoy the taste but also helps you in eating it in limiting quantities.
Hot Chocolate :- Everybody likes chocolate. Chocolate contains disease fighting polyphenols. Instead of going for sugar candy, go with cocoa chocolate.
Doughnuts :- Doughnuts, cookies, cakes etc. fall in this category. Eating them daily is not at all good for anyone but occasionally tasting it will balance your diet.
