Here’s the drift: Alcatel is offering one model in 2 different display sizes. Alcatel One Touch Idol 3 has 4.7-inch and 5.5-inch display screens. With the varying sizes come the different hardware specifications as well. Not to be taken aback though, the differences between the two are very minimal. Alcatel aims to direct the model to various mainstreams. Mind you, people, One Touch Idol 3 is the flagship to be presented by the mobile maker in the MWC.
With the design of these two sister handsets, the handler may be able to take calls even if he takesit the wrong way (or upside-down). The thing is, Alcatel gave both what they call “symmetrical design” and that simply means that both ends have speaker and microphone. You don’t have to double check whether you positioned the phone rightly. Now, this is one handset which caters to the immediate and practical concerns of all streams of phone handlers.
The 4.7-inch variant is affordably priced at $200 whilst the bigger sis is at $250 (both prices specified are off contract). The sisters are Europe-bound by April, Latin America-bound by May, and US-bound by June.
