We are not dealing with a classically round timepiece here but a squarish one with chamfered sides. But first of all let us introduce ASUS’smartwatch pride, the ZenWatch 2. Looking at it may bring your imagination to a curve-edged pebble on your wrist, but don’t be so hooked up with your mind wandering.
The second generation of ASUS wearable sports an AMOLED display and a Snapdragon 400 CPU underneath. It comes in two sizes: 49mm and 45mm (for users with dainty wrists usually for women). For creative and stylish users, do not worry as ASUS provides a wide array of colors and straps including premium materials like leather, rubber and metal. You can accessorize using the Milanese Loop knock-off just to add a little twist to what seemed to be a normally boring wearable.
For interested buyers, ZenWatch will be available in the markets all throughout US, Canada, Europe, Africa and Middle East by October (that’s already next month, by the way). Basing on the prices released, the 49mm model is priced at €149 (roughly $170 in US dollars); whereas, the 45mm model is priced at €169 (roughly $190). Compared to the second generations of Moto 360, LG Watch Urbane and Huawei Watch, the bargain of ASUS is truly budget-friendly.
