With its price starting at Rs. 9,999, you can be able to meet your goal. However, since it’s a cheaper mobile, you might want to know about the specs before investing.
Despite being tagged as a cheap phone, Ctrl V4 doesn’t look its price. Actually, it comes classy with its black (or white) and sleek appearance. The front glass façade confirms not only elegance but a scratch-free security.

Ctrl V4 comes in a 4.5” display of 480 x 854 pixel resolution. It features an automatic light sensor that automatically adjusts screen brightness.
