Just a few days ago, we were quite surprised by a tipster that the Chinese mobile brand, Huawei, has chose MWC 2015 in Barcelona, Spain to introduce Huawei Ascend Mate 7 Compact. Yes, this is the revamped version of the original Ascend Mate 7 we’re talking about. Basing from the name itself, it is expected to have more compact hardware and 5.5-inch screen display (a mere half-inch difference from the original).
Just last January 28, @leaksfly tweeted what it said to be the purported images of the actual Mate 7 Compact. As seen on the pictures, the same appearance is sported with the compact or “mini” version of Ascend Mate 7. As we can conclude, the Chinese brand used Sony’s coding of “Compact” for their mini mobile variants. Unfortunately our favorite leak-source can only support us with mere photographs. Specifications are still left in the dim confidentialities.
Seriously, though, are we still going to put much hope on this demoted version of Ascend Mate 7? Well, let’s just put hope against hope that during the 2015 Mobile World Congress, Huawei would be able to pull out its guns about Mate 7 Compact. We all know that Chinese brands are reportedly pulling perks from time to time, right?
Referring to the first wave of gossip, it was said that Huawei P8 is included to the original line up of debutantes. But things were altered leaving P8 for Huawei’s spring event. In its place is the 2015 flagship Huawei Mate 8.
