Lenovo has given us such delight with their new product, a 50-lumen pico projector, dubbed as Lenovo Pocket Projector. The Chinese giant device maker has priced their innovative gadget at a very affordable $199.00. Within this month, the pico projector will be available to all retail outlets where Lenovo has its foothold.
Dimension stats show that it’s a rectangular 104x25mm and weighs about 170g. Specs-wise,Pocket Projector bears twofold speakers, maximum projecting size of 110 inches and is able to rotate in a 90⁰ viewing angles. Streaming is made possible by the LED light source which is also high-contrast. You can connect via Miracast or DLNA and project graphics and lessons right from yourmicroSD. If you want to stream things right from your Android, Windows Phone and iOS device, you can do so via microUSB port. However, Pocket Projector works with Android 4.3 and above. Now, a scoutmaster’s kit is already complete!
Fully charged, the mini projector won’t turn lights off until after two and a half hours. You can be able to watch well with the 854×480 pixel resolution, so unless it’s in a bright light, streaming would not be an issue.
Majorly, the feel is that of a plastic so it lacks really the premium touch but the flexibility and portability is a big plus. Against its price, Lenovo Pocket Projector is a must have most especially for professionals that usually need graphical illustrations to enhance or point out their ideas. It’s a great bargain, no question.
