LG, one of the most respective brands when it comes to smartphones, released their much anticipated Volt 2. The rectangular phone was released into the markets two days ago, June 29, the very day of its official announcement. It bears the price tag of $149.99.
LG Volt 2 is also a Platinum certified phone for environmentalists as it bears UL Enviroment certification. Meaning, the materials used for the device contains ecologically preferable materials with minimal environmental impact.
Under the hood, you will see a 64-bit Snapdragon chipset with 1.2GHz quadcore ARM Cortex-A53 processor working closely with Adreno 306 GPU, Android Lollipop 5.1 and 1GB. The chipset supports 4G LTE, 3G, Enhanced LTE, Bluetooth 4.0 and 802.11 b/ g/ n connectivity.
The 5.0-inch HD IPS touchscreen display holds 720 x 1280 pixels resolution with 294ppi density.
