We’ve talked about the Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge already. But the moniker seems not to stop there. It has released its first official photos of the dual nano-SIM model first through the Philippines and then Russia when it was listed in one of their electronic retailer websites.
It is offered in RUB 52,990 which is roughly converted to USD 901 for the 64GB variant. There are scoops informing that it will also be available in 32GB and 128GB variants but there are no current tangible evidences for these allegations.
Meanwhile,we can now safely say that Samsung Galaxy Duo is no longer a myth but an existing substance. Though we must point out that the skin we can see in the photos is not the actual body of the model. The hardware beneath the mask bears the certainty that it is one, though. Opening the external case, you can see an64-bit OctacoreExynos 7420 chipset and 3GB of RAM. We assume that the model is also run with the latest Android operating system which is the Google Lollipop with the brands own TouchWiz UI.
Other than the features under the hood, Samsung Galaxy Duo is also said to come in 5.1-inch 2560 x 1440 pixelQuad HD display and 16mega-pixel primary snapper with an aperture of f/1.9. If not to top the given specs, Galaxy Duo (we can get the cue by the given name) comes in dual nano SIM pop-up tray.
Hopefully, the Korean giant will provide us more detailed updates about Samsung Galaxy Duo. For the meantime, let us just wait for the upcoming news about its official introduction.
