Two of Sony’s Xperia gadgets had their photos leaked in the internet. Such a spoiler (but a good one for us) since the MWC is just a few days away. Sadly, the Japanese company’s flagship is still a mystery. No leaks for the chieftain, folks… at least for now. However, the leaked photos from XperiaBlog provided us with cool, hefty info basing from the visuals.
XperiaZ4 tablet’s presence on the said upcoming event is already confirmed. However, for those expecting a glimpse of Sony’s chieftain, sorry, but Sony won’t be introducing its flagship in the said event. Yet we can see a midrange surprise with M4 Aqua, the successor of M2 Aqua. Don’t ask us where is M3. For sure, Sony has their reasons of dubbing this model with a “4” instead of a “3.”
Heading back to Xperia Z4 first, we can see that the model bears a great resemblance to its predecessor, Xperia Z3, when it comes to the design language. It shows off great thin frame and “2k display.” Other features might include the latest of Qualcomm which is the Snapdragon 810 chipset, an uber-fast 4GB RAM, Android 5.0 Lollipop and 32GB of native storage (which can also be expanded through a microSD slot).
Meanwhile, the midranger smartphone, M4 Aqua is reported to be water proof and would be running using Android’s latest OS which is the Google Lollipop. It may also get LTE connectivity, given that its maker had given it great chipset. The handset is 1P68 certified which proves that it can survive water submersion for up to 1 meter within 30 minutes.
For the meantime, all we have to do is to wait for Sony’s slot time in MWC to further inform us of their latest deals.
