Remember Zuk Mobile, the Lenovo-owned company that brought us Zuk 1? Well, the company is currently prepping up for its newest release—which mind, you won’t be until January, 2016—of a flagship dubbed as Zuk Z2. The exact date of release is not yet given as of this moment of writing but pricing may be a whooping $314 or the equivalent 2,000 Yuan.
Since the smarphone houses the latest Snapdragon 820 SoC, we can also anticipate the presence of Adreno 530. The latter promises photorealistic graphics and guarantees more efficient performance. It retains its predecessor’s 5.5-inch screen though it now has the QHD 1140p resolution.
Moreover, it is said to support dual SIM capacity and various connectivity such as 4GLTE, 3G, GPRS/ EDGE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS/ A-GPS and Bluetooth 4.0. As for the storage, it is rumored to give two flavors of 64GB and 128GB with no indication for external accommodation.
The 4100 mAh battery handles Quick Charge feature and can be replenished through the latest USB Type C charger. However, these specs are considered rumors until Zuk makes it official next year.
