With its multi-curve system, improved pickup and throttle force reduction features, the 2016 Scooty Pep Plus will offer its riders a comfortable, trouble-free and long-lasting ride.
Testing the scooter’s engine through driving has revealed that the 2016 Scooty Pep Plus runs at 4.9 British horsepower at 6500 rpm along with 5.8 joules of torque. Compared than the previous Scooty Pep Plus, this is somewhat more powerful, thanks to the company’s EcoThrust Engine system.
It is also good to know that the scooter’s mileage and top speed had improved significantly, experts say. They are also careful to point out that the scooter is heavier by at least a few pounds, which can also affect the overall driving performance. However, this is well-recommended if you’re just using the scooter for short-distance rides or a neighborhood stroll inside your exclusive subdivision.
Be informed also that the scooter is now available in two riding modes, namely the Economy Mode for much better fuel efficiency and Power Mode for higher top speed along with better pickup. In addition to those, the 2016 Scooty Pep Plus will now be available in two additional color choices: The Nero Silver and Nero Blue. This is a very good choice, especially if you don’t like the matte-colored versions.
