Originally a small SUV, the 2017 Audi Q3 has undergone minor updates when it comes to overall looks and design. Hoping to bring the said SUV along with the rest of Audi’s products, the 2017 Audi Q3 is anticipated to be released either later this year or earlier next year.
2017 Audi Q3 Has Gone a Minor Design Update
Exterior
Taking a quick glance, the 2017 Audi Q3 looks more or less the same. However, the cosmetic changes done on the SUV makes it acquire more sport, which is a definite plus. Experts actually noticed that the car has a hint of black color in almost every edge and corner of its frame. The Q3’s front is redesigned by placing a new front bumper with larger air intakes and wider air dam. Even though the grille design and headlamps remain the same, it is noticeable that the chrome border on its grille has the black accent. Glossy Black now adorns the underbody cladding, which goes well with the yellow shade. The black treatment can also be seen on the 2017 Q3’s rear portion.
Interior
The 2017 Q3’s inner cabin is now updated with new black leather-wrapped sporty seats with lumbar support designed for long-distance driving. If this does not suit your taste, you can avail Alcantara & Fine Nappa interior as a premium feature. The company will also include a flat-bottomed sports steering wheel as an additional premium feature.
Aside from the noticeable design revisions, Audi had also done some mechanical and performance improvements. Even though the overall powertrain remains unchanged, it is expected that the 2017 Audi Q3 will have the Audi Drive Select feature along with the S Line Support suspension. Experts often dream of including the company’s Virtual Cockpit feature, though it is much obvious that the feature will be available in later generations.
As of now, the 2017 Audi Q3 is said to have a price of Rs. 33.63 Lakh in New Delhi, India, though further announcements are yet to be revealed when it is going to become available worldwide.
