The British carmaker, McLaren, just introduced yet another super car: the 2016 570S. In short, the vehicle embodies the essence of being a super car which primarily includes performance, price and exoticness. It competes well to the old-timers Porsche 911 Turbo S and Audi R8, making it worthy to be included in the pedestal of the crème de la crème.
Exterior and Interior Designs
570S sports an elliptical roofline complete with wheels at the four extreme corners with curvaceous body and mid-engine alignment. You won’t also miss the brand’s signature-shaped headlights as well as the meshed vents on both sides of the body. In every angle, the 570S can make any crowd go wild most especially as the dihedral doors dramatically float up.
Inside you will be welcomed by the leather-lined upholstery with Napa hides in place where the carbon fiber cloths are usually seen. Oh, and we forgot to include that the seats are power-adjustable, too. If the doors are enough to take your breath away, just take a glimpse at the dashboard clad with state-of-the-art technology rendered to the modern cars today.
The True Power
What empowers this super car is the 3.8L twin-turbocharged V-8 in mid orientation that can summon whooping 562 horsepower and 443 pound-foot torque. It can sprint from 0 to 60 mph in mere 3.1 seconds and can achieve the top speed of 204 miles per hour. The car shows flexibility and power-overflow and this is also a big thanks to the 7-speed DCT with manual shifting mode. Now if this does not impress you enough, then you must be a hard-core fan of either Porsche 911 Turbo S or Audi R8.
