So when Mitsubishi i-MiEV actually slashed more than $6,000, making it into a mere $23,845 (sans the taxes) from its original price, what else can we say about this adorable elliptically formed car?
Exterior
Elliptically formed, this vehicle bears a modern appeal that can cast a feeling of lightness, simplicity and youthful aura. The fascia resembles a friendly look that’s almost akin to Herbie. Rounds and curves are seen in the body of i-MiEV but it does not look bulky.
Engine
i-MiEV is hailed one of the most energy-thrift electric vehicle. Basing from its look it’s easier to conclude that this is no speedster, but even if it is not it can decently roam through traffic. With the engine of 49 kW electric motor, it can summon 66 horsepower and 145 lb-ft. torque. Top speed for this EV is a mere 80 MPH but it has no problem surfing through the freeway but is still advisable to make use of the local roads to lengthen the use of is battery.

Front-seaters find themselves with a lot of headroom and legroom. In contrast, the back passengers might not have that luxury of space but has decent amount of space to be comfortable. Center console exposes a clean lay-out of controls. However, modern folks may find the console needing of the modern benefits of auxiliary input jack, Bluetooth and USB port. If you want the last two to be available, you can ask for customization but will add $2,000 into your bill.
