Exterior and Interior

If you’re expecting for a speedster with humble appearance, then you might just drop your jaw now.  Mean, modern and a competitive…this is what Nissan 37OZ’s aura emits. Premium materials grace the exterior and interior of 37OZ.  Taking yourself inside the coup, you’ll find a neat center console wrapped in faux leather.  Push button starter, climate control system, sound system, switch gear are all neatly displayed. For an affordable price of $30,000, you sure have a hefty bargain from Nissan.

Dealing with the front seats, there is enough comfort when you talk about seating position and lateral support.  Yet, you might find the windows too small and the C pillars too large.  One more thing, 37OZ doesn’t give justice for its hatchback factor. With mere 6.9 cubit capacity on its rear cargo area, it’s a disappointment for a hatchback.

Engine and Transmission

The coupe zooms by its 3.7L V6, summoning powerful 332 horsepower.  However, less impressive is its ability to only gain 270 lb.-ft. of torque due to its lack of turbocharger.  As a result, its rank went down compared to Subaru’s WRX STI and Mustang’s Ecoboost despite horsepower it could actually provide.  Accompanying its engine is a 6-speed manual and 7- speed automatic transmissions.

  • Engine : 3.7L V6
  • Transmission : 6-speed manual, 7-speed automatic
  • Power : 332hp
  • Torque : 270 lb.-ft.
  • Mileage : (city) 18mpg, (highway) 26mpg
  • Price : starts at $30, 815 after destination charges
