Minivans may not be the trend or the first choice of individuals who are looking for four-wheel means of daily commute. Nevertheless, for those who prefer space, seating capacity beyond four, and sliding doors… well, we have the right one for you: the 2015 Toyota Sienna.
Toyota Sienna goes against Honda Odyssey, Kia Sedona and Chrysler Town & Country under the minivan category. Unsurprisingly, it goes at the top of the pyramid.
Exterior and Interior
Box-type and bulky vans were out of mode and today’s “in” design features the bullet cut. Upper trim-levels of Sienna share the utilization of LED lights. Toyota also used soft-touch and sound-deadening materials for the new Sienna to render a much quieter interior.
Inside awaits the spacious cabin for a maximum of 7-8 passengers. At the back, you have the folding third-row seats and four LATCH child safety-seat anchor locations. If you want more posh customization, there is an optional feature of dual-screen Blu Ray entertainment system designed for the rear-seaters. The dashboard is well endowed with instrument panel.
Engine, Transmission and Price
Under the hood of Sienna s a 3.5L V6 partnered with a 6-speed automatic transmission. Toyota lets you choose between FWD and AWD variant so your mileage may vary from 16 to 18 mpg in the city and 23 to 25 mpg on highways.
Apparently the minivan can never be a sports car you may be craving, but its family-oriented attributes reflects a 10/10 score for your whole pack.
